J. Creative Studio was created from the belief that branding is more than aesthetics, it’s energy, intention, and message made visible.

I believe businesses are meant to feel free, expressive, and human. Not boxed in by trends, status, or systems that strip creativity of meaning. My work is rooted in peace, personality, and clarity, helping brands communicate who they are without overcomplicating the message.

  • Getting clear

    We align on your goals, audience, and overall direction. I review your intake form and any materials you’ve shared to set the foundation.

  • Defining the vibe

    You’ll receive your mood board via Google Drive.
    This board defines:

    • Visual direction

    • Color inspiration

    • Typography style

    • Overall aesthetic

    Once the mood board is approved, we move forward and do not revisit this step unless there’s a major shift.

  • Design in motion

    This is where I bring everything to life. I’ll be focused on creating your designs based on the approved direction.

    No action needed from you until designs are ready for review.

  • Refine + polish

    You’ll review designs and send clear, consolidated feedback.
    I’ll implement revisions based on your notes and prepare the next round.

  • Final delivery + wrap-up

    Final files are delivered via Google Drive and ready for use.
    An optional wrap-up call is available to review assets and discuss next steps.

DESIGN PROCESS: THE 5 ERAS

  • Kind, professional, and respectful communication is required at all times.

    Harassment, aggressive language, disrespect, or rushed demands will not be tolerated.

    Creative work thrives in trust, constructive feedback is welcome, disrespect is not.

  • You hired me for my vision, expertise, and design process.

    While your input matters deeply, final creative decisions may be guided by strategy, brand alignment, and best practices.

    Excessive revisions, scope creep, or constant direction changes may require an additional fee.

  • Rush requests are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

    Timelines are honored when feedback and assets are delivered on time.

    Delays in communication may result in project delays.

  • 50% deposit must be made before the project begins.

    Remainder payment must be sent before any deliverables are sent/websites are launched.

    For both deposit and final payment, all sales are final. By booking client agrees to the NO REFUND policy.

  • All communication happens during business hours unless otherwise stated.

    Email is the primary form of communication. This helps keep everything organized and intentional.

    I do not respond to DMs, texts, or late-night messages regarding active projects.

    Response time is typically 1 business days.

  • Projects include 2 revision rounds outlined in your proposal

    Revisions must stay within the approved mood board and project scope

    Additional revisions or new requests may require an added fee
